04-Apr-2008 -- The last of three visits during the Wojciech's brief visit to the UK.

Earlier today we went and stood straddling the Prime Meridian just outside Boston, the last land based point before Antarctica....

We drove across country, stopping just past the local railway station with the original Victorian buildings and into the pub where we had a quintessentially English lunch - Bangers & Mash with onion gravy. I bought Wojciech a pint of "real" ale, not this pasteurised, pressurised stuff. I alas was driving so couldn't sample Old Peculier

We made our way to the parking spot and wandered around to complete the visit. It was just a short hop back to Leicester for Wojciech to get the train back down to his digs.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of days, and now that I know I can fly to Poland for just a tenner....
