14-Sep-2009 -- Another day, another customer, another appointment, another confluence visit.
I am on my way up to the Eastern part of Nottingham (Gamston actually) and the route as devised by the sat-nav takes me right along this road. Honestly.
It's a nice Autumn evening, so park in the usual spot, on with the walking boots and off we go. Must look a bit strange though, walking boots and business suit!
Walk round the edge of the waiting to be planted field and nip across to the actual spot. I could locate this now to within the 100m required from memory.
As I walk back out I take the "general location" shot and one of a "tractor tyre". Without any reference points how big do you think it is? The photo name gives you a clue, it was just two inches across.
