16-Jul-2010 -- Back again! I have an appointment in the housing estate just behind the confluence field. It's just 565 yards in a straight line.

It's a lovely warm day and I'm glad I wasn't in the vicinity last week when the British F1 Grand Prix was on...

The field does have livestock in it, they were curious in that they never took their eyes off me, but never came closer than 100 yards away.

<>From what I could see the country supplies business was doing a roaring trade, while just a bit further up the road is something our North American friends will recognise - a yard sale.

I came back past Silverstone, where I saw the new pits area, the sign you're supposed to read as you drive into the car park and some wannabee racers.
